Currently pursuing an Associate in Applied Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Cloud/Server Administration, I hold multiple industry certifications and hands-on experience in areas such as Proxmox lab building, Linux administration, secure networking, and instructional delivery.

IT Instructor (Network+)

Code Black Tech

At Code Black Tech, I teach and manage the Network+ Class, a 14-week course I built from the ground up. The course mixes real equipment labs with certification prep and workforce training, giving students hands-on practice with enterprise gear. Students work on actual Cisco, UniFi, and pfSense devices and learn to think like network technicians, not just test-takers.

At IPG, I support internal systems under the SAP Application Support Team, including Vantage, cSAP, Concur, and SupplierWise. I handle application support requests, ticket triage, and user access documentation. I streamline processes for these internal systems that rely on complex systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear communication across teams. I also contribute to improving documentation and simplifying onboarding for new users and teams.
